STATEMENT ABOUT THE AWARDS OF THE INTERNATIONAL PEACE PRIZE FOUNDATION NAMED AFTER L.N.TOLSTOY – LAPEL BADGE AND DIPLOMA

STATEMENT ABOUT THE AWARDS OF THE INTERNATIONAL PEACE PRIZE FOUNDATION NAMED AFTER L.N.TOLSTOY – LAPEL BADGE AND DIPLOMA

1. The awards
of the L.N.Tolstoy International Peace Prize Foundation include:
- Lapel sign;
- The diploma.
2. The lapel sign is a circle with the image of L.N.Tolstoy, decorative edging "olive branch" on the edge of the upper semicircle and inscriptions on the edge of the lower semicircle: "Peace Prize Foundation" (top) and "Peace Prize Foundation" (bottom) under the image of L.N.Tolstoy.
The diameter of the sign is 18 mm.
The mounting is a collet.
A lapel badge with a certificate is handed over to it:
- official representatives of the founders of the Foundation;
- members of the Board of Trustees of the Foundation;
- members of the award jury;
- to the Fund's Auditor;
- to the Director of the Foundation;
- to the Deputy Director;
- to Russian and foreign citizens for active peacekeeping and tireless struggle for human rights and freedoms, as well as to persons who actively assist the Foundation in the implementation of its statutory.
The decision to award the lapel badge is made by the Director of the Foundation.
The lapel badge is presented by the director of the Foundation, or by a person authorized by him.
The re-presentation of the lapel badge is not provided.

3. The diploma is awarded for an active public position in countering the threat of the outbreak of World War III and preventing a nuclear catastrophe; for activities aimed
at strengthening mutual understanding and cooperation between peoples, building a multipolar world, for the tireless struggle to protect human rights and freedoms, as well as assistance to the Foundation in the
implementation of its statutory tasks.
The diploma is awarded to public foundations, organizations
and movements, scientific and research centers, institutes and institutions, educational institutions, associations of scientists, culture and art, and other organizations, Russian and foreign citizens.
The decision on awarding the certificate is made by the Director of the Foundation.
The certificate is presented by the Director of the Foundation, his deputy or a person authorized by him, during meetings or other events with the participation of the Foundation.
4. The Foundation informs the Board of Trustees about the awards presented and keeps records of them. The documentation of the awards is kept in the archive of the Foundation.
