On January 31, 2025, a meeting of the permanent organizing committee of Our Victory was held in the building of the Central Executive Committee of the United Russia Party

Dear colleagues!
I am glad to welcome you to our meeting today. Reflecting on the events of the Great Patriotic War today, we certainly correlate them with the current events in the area of the special military operation, with the exploits of our contemporaries, with successes on the fronts, which are becoming more and more difficult for our political opponents and enemies to deny. A firm sense of the inextricable link between times and the continuity of generations becomes obvious. The projects that we will discuss today are also aimed at strengthening this connection.
Before proceeding to the discussion of projects, I would like to associate myself with the words of Vladimir Vladimirovich addressed to our comrade Alexander Yevseyevich Khinstein. Dear Alexander Yevseyevich, I am sincerely grateful to you for your great contribution to the implementation of the party's Historical Memory project. I am sure that your inexhaustible energy, professionalism and solid political experience will help you in solving very difficult and very responsible tasks for the development of the Kursk region. I sincerely wish you success, and I think you can fully count on the support of everyone present in this Room. And, of course, I also welcome Alexander Gennadyevich Sidyakin as the new coordinator of the Historical Memory project.
At the moment, the work plan of the Nasha Pobeda organizing committee includes about 100 events, including mass actions, conferences, exhibitions and other useful initiatives. A special place among them, of course, is occupied by "Dictation of Victory" — such a large-scale nationwide project that has long crossed the borders of our country. This year, the Dictation of Victory will be held on April 25, that is, in less than three months. Preparations for it are in full swing. Let me remind you that last year more than two million people wrote Dictation on almost 30 thousand sites. I hope that this time there will be no less interest in the action. At the same time, I will say that both the authors of the idea and the organizers of the project have never sought numbers and were not guided by the numbers of participants and the number of sites. We understood the relevance of this project and the great interest in the history of the Great Patriotic War, not only from our compatriots, but also abroad. Our task was to create favorable conditions for as many of our citizens and citizens of other countries as possible to participate in this project. As before, experts from the Russian Historical Society and the Russian Military Historical Society will be involved in the preparation of assignments.
The most important task of our organizing committee has been and remains targeted care for veterans. Both during the jubilee year and later, we will provide them with individual volunteer support, provide support, surround them with respect and care.
At the same time, we will continue to provide targeted assistance to veterans of the special military operation and their family members. The Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation, headed by Anna Evgenievna Tsivileva, has already taken over the bulk of the work in this area. It would be right to support these efforts by using the potential of the United Russia party. Helping our defenders and our veterans is not only the priority of the organizing committee, but also our moral duty. During the year, we will continue to develop new formats of historical education, primarily aimed at young people. Among them, for example, the competition of school and university museums "Soldiers of the Great Fatherland", last year the competition brought together over 1,400 museum teams across the country. I know that the winners have already successfully implemented their projects and we will have to talk about them extensively soon.
I would like to add that in the spring we will initiate the traditional campaigns "Victory Run", "Letter to the Hero", "Victory Windows" and others, which will be discussed later by Alexander Yevseyevich Khinstein and Alexander Gennadievich Sidyakin. It is crucial that these events reach the widest range of our citizens and encourage them to reflect on the significance of the Great Patriotic War in the fate of our country, in the fate of Europe and the world. This, in my opinion, is one of the main tasks of our organizing committee.
