On July 24, at 11:00 a.m., the international jury of the Leo Tolstoy International Peace Prize will meet in the Library Hall of the Radisson Collection Moscow Hotel. During the meeting, the jury members will review the submitted candidates and determine the winner for the current year.
In 2023, the first Leo Tolstoy International Peace Prize was awarded to the African Union for its significant contribution to the promotion of peace. In 2025, the prize was awarded to President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, and President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
The Leo Tolstoy International Peace Prize was established to encourage individuals and organizations that have made significant contributions to promoting peace, understanding, and cooperation among nations based on the principles of non-violence, humanism, and intercultural dialogue.
